When installing a 1.8T oil pump onto a 2.0T FSI block, the there is no provision for the oil pump chain tensioner. To solve this issue we have designed a drill guide kit complete wilth drill and tap to simplify the process. The guide is designed to be bolted to the block so that it can be drilled and tapped in the proper location for the chain tensioner. All necessary parts are included to get the job done, which takes only a few minutes once the front main seal cover is removed.
